Does StepFrame need charging?
No. StepFrame uses a mechanical design without a motor or charging requirement.
Where is StepFrame worn?
The belt sits around the waist, with connected straps around the thighs above the knees.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs, weather, and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
